Alba Cross X Flos Collective

A weekend of camping and outdoor immersion, with artistic and creative facilitation through walks and guided discussions/reflection. Camping, cooking, chatting, creating - get in touch to get involved!

Essential Information:

  • Costs: Train Return (£20, £14 with Railcard). Passenger Ferry (£10.20 Return) Campsite or Camping (donation based). 

  • Travel: Foot passenger ferry from Troon to Arran. Public transport options available.

  • Accommodation: Wild camping (campsite with toilets available), we might hike up the glen for drier spot.

  • Kit List & Packing: A full list will be provided. Participants must bring their own gear.

  • Difficulty Levels: Please complete our participant form to help us tailor the experience.

  • Food & Cooking: A communal approach—details to be discussed in a WhatsApp group before the trip.

    This residency is open to artists, creatives, and anyone interested in connecting with nature and community. Whether you're looking for artistic inspiration or a mindful retreat, this weekend offers space to reflect and recharge.

UNPAVED MOTIONS | an invitation to gather, wander & move together

We are leading a group hike and movement workshop to celebrate the long-awaited arrival of Spring. Join us for a day of exploration and connection through playful movement! Together, we’ll wander around a beautiful wood, notice shifts in nature and ourselves, feel inspired and replenished. This is a lovely opportunity to collectively tune into our senses, connect to our bodies and our natural surroundings. You can expect a relaxed and wholesome day in good company.

This is open to all, no previous movement or dance experience is required, simply bring along your openness & curiosity!
