Join us for a day of movement and exploration!

This month, we will be cycling to Lochwinnoch to warm ourselves up before a creative movement workshop facilitated by Nora. This session will be a playful opportunity to deepen your connection to the landscape, local surroundings, yourself and others through embodiment. As we firmly enter into Autumn, we are organising this day out as a way to embrace the seasonal shift and celebrate our motions together!

No previous movement or dance experience required to attend the workshop, just come with your curiosity and openness!
