Stage 7 -

We joined the Free Movement Festival with the Adventure Syndicate for a weekend of sustainable travel, outdoor fitness, yoga, and foraging workshops.

Our cycle from Braemar to the Braes of Glenlivet over the Lecht was a tough one, and our first cycle with the whole team (almost!). It was such a great feeling to be able to ditch all other modes of transport and pedal along with our videographer, photographer and graphic designer!

Even without the 30 days of cycling we had behind us, they managed the 65km over some of the toughest climbs in Scotland. I think we've managed to convince them that this is a good way to travel...we'll maybe just avoid those hills next time!

We rode part of the way with @leecraigie_ , @lemkiss and @philippabattye with cargo bike and dog!! You can't really complain about the hills when someone is carting a dog up the hill right next to you...
